By accessing or using CDL Prep Hub (CDLPrepHub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. CDL Prep Hub is operated by CDLPrepHub.com.
CDL Prep Hub provides commercial driver’s license (CDL) practice tests, study guides, and an exam simulator for study and educational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or begin charging for any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that CDL Prep Hub will always be available, accurate, or free from errors or interruptions.
CDL Prep Hub is a study aid based on the official CDL manual. It is not the official state exam, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state Department of Motor Vehicles, the FMCSA, or any government agency. We do not guarantee that you will pass any test or obtain any license. Always consult your state’s official CDL handbook and DMV.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CDL Prep Hub. CDL Prep Hub does not require an account — your stats are stored locally in your own browser.
You agree not to: access or interact with the service using automated means, including bots, scripts, scraping tools, or unauthorized third-party software; exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You may not use CDL Prep Hub for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Paid access to CDL Prep Hub is sold as a subscription. When you start a subscription you may be offered a 3-day free trial. You provide a payment method at sign-up, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the then-current price (for example, the yearly price shown at checkout).
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods (for example, each year) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe, and by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Prices may change, and we may offer different prices to different users (including A/B price testing).
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, and we do not provide refunds or credits for time during which your access remained available but unused.
When you purchase a subscription or paid access, we generate a unique personal access link (URL) for you. This link is how you unlock and restore your access — on the device you bought it on and on any other device or browser you use. Your access link is the only credential for your purchase.
You are solely responsible for saving your access link and keeping it private. If you lose, delete, clear, or cannot produce your access link, you will lose access to what you paid for, and you will need to purchase access again to regain it. We do not keep a way to look up, recover, resend, or reset your link for you, and we cannot restore lost access. Your access link is personal to you and may not be sold, shared, resold, or distributed, and we may disable any link we believe is being shared or misused.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or permanently shut down CDL Prep Hub (CDLPrepHub.com), in whole or in part, and to disable, revoke, or invalidate any access link, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, and without any obligation to provide a refund. We do not guarantee that the service, any feature, or any access link will remain available, and we are not liable for any loss of access resulting from changes to or discontinuation of the service.
All content on CDL Prep Hub — including questions, explanations, design, and branding — is owned by CDLPrepHub.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

CDL Prep Hub is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDLPrepHub.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CDL Prep Hub, including loss of data, access, or profits.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CDL Prep Hub will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Delaware, United States, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
