• Study data: Your practice scores, answers, best scores, selected state, and progress are stored locally in your browser (local storage) to power your personal stats. We do not link this data to your identity.
• Device and usage data: We use our own first-party analytics to operate and improve the site. This may include how you interact with the site — pages and screens viewed, clicks and feature usage, practice tests started and completed, and test scores — along with your approximate location (derived from IP address), device type, browser, screen size, time zone, and referring source.
• Contact data: If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to operate and improve CDL Prep Hub, including to provide practice features and your personal stats, understand and improve performance through analytics, respond to support requests, develop new features, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate CDL Prep Hub or as required by law, including our hosting and infrastructure provider, Cloudflare.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser’s local storage to save your study stats on your device. We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure usage. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Your study data is stored in your browser and remains until you clear your browser data. Analytics data is retained on our servers for as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Because your study stats live in your browser, you can clear them at any time through your browser settings or by clearing site data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, delete, or correct your personal information.
